Booking Policy
A 100% full payment is required to secure your slot. Your session is only confirmed once payment has been received.
You may reschedule for free due to sickness or weather conditions, but notice must be given at least 1 week before the scheduled shoot. Please note that rescheduling is subject to the photographer’s availability.
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least:

24 hours before the shooting date for sessions in Tokyo
48 hours before the shooting date for sessions in Mt. Fuji
No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the shoot.
